Bella's Creamed Butternut Squash

 I am all about easy, tasty recipes.  This is so easy and so tasty.
Butternut squash is such a healthy food.  It has wonderful fiber for digestion.  Vitamin A for great eye site.
Slice the butternut squash in half.  Take the seeds out.  Put in glass pan, sprinkle olive oil and salt on the squash.  Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour.  Let it cool a bit.  Blend in blender with butter and milk till smooth.  It is soooo yummy!  I eat it like a dessert.
